A platform dedicated to well-being and space-conscious activities.
Two timelines which led to the creation of this concept platform.
PROBLEMS
Youth (16–24) with high screen or social media use report higher anxiety, depression, distress, and suicidal thoughts.
45% of employed Canadians identified lack of time as a key barrier to prioritizing their well-being.
In 2022, over 5 million Canadians aged 15 and older—about 18.3% of the population—met the diagnostic criteria for a mood, anxiety, or substance use disorder.
No platform is designed to be space conscious which will allow for the improved mental health of everyone, regardless of their financial situation.
SOLUTIONS
Community & Engagement: Users share photos or videos after activities to boost interaction, accountability, and engagement.
Lack of capacity: Offering 6 daily activities meant 42 per week—over 2,000 a year—clearly unsustainable.
Recycling: Activities reset every 30 days, preserving freshness with only 730 activities needed annually.
Good Eggs provides free, space-friendly activities for anyone, whether in a large home or crammed apartment. By paring mood evaluation, space conscious activities and a shared community, Good Eggs aims to spark interest and personal growth.

About the platform
The eggs symbolize the people whose cultural and childhood activities inspired the very challenges you’ll find in the platform.
Through challenges made up of activities, puzzles and riddles, our main goal is for you to have fun. Along the way, we hope to spark curiosity and introduce you to experiences you may not have noticed before.
Today's form
Before and after a person partakes in a challenge, they will be asked to share how their day is going using a scale of 1-10. This will help them to track their form.
Make your Egg
Before users complete activities on the platform, they will be prompted to build their own Avatar.
